Redevelopment of a building complex

Starting from an unfinished construction site, as a consequence of a change of ownership, the project involves the construction of a building complex consisting of four main structures: a supermarket nearing completion; two newsstands a floor above ground designed to house four neighborhood businesses; a building with two floors above ground and a basement, used for neighborhood businesses and residences on the top floor.

The central space, between the two newsstands, consist of a public square, visible from the Provincial Road, designed as an aggregation and inclusion space that can meet the needs of a local business.
