The project involves the construction of six lofts to replace a low building used as a garage / workshop within a Turin courtyard near the Valentino park. The intervention involves the demolition of portions of existing floors in order to make the common areas (the entrance courtyard) and private gardens naturally bright.

The lofts have a large living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area with private terraces on the upper floor. The existing skylight illuminates the rooms on the first floor throughout its extension. A series of wooden slats characterize the walls and the floor of the courtyard, partially shielding the windows of the bathrooms.
