Redevelopment of a building complex

Condominium complex located in the City of Turin, consisting of 9 buildings intended exclusively for residential use. The buildings share the same construction typology: steel pillars and horizontals in concrete masonry. The external cladding is made up of prefabricated concrete panels and an inward masonry false wall. From the planovolumetric point of view, the buildings can be distinguished into two main types: terraced buildings and more articulated buildings with staggered floors along the central body of the stairwell.

The project involves the energy and seismic requalification of the complex through the construction of a thermal coat combined with a ventilated facade on all fronts of the buildings, also increasing their aesthetic value.
